Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at www.wrcrossing@gmail.com for your refund or you can call us at 803-724-7285 and ask for Martha in Returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer instead contact us, White Rose Eclectics to send your return to and to receive your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Return shipping is not refunded.

If you need to exchange your item for a different size please return the item to: White Rose Eclectics 142 Laurens St., SW, Aiken, SC 29801-3862 and we will do our best to replace the item with the new size needed, if it is in stock, or if the item is damaged, to replace it with the same item.

If not, we will refund your purchase.

If you are shipping an item over $100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At White Rose Eclectics our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post(if applicable) process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–45 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
If the item is in stock in our store, processing is usually 24-48 hours and if shipping in US it should arrive 3 to 7 days after processing.
